recipe

Birria

2 1/2 - 3 lbs beef (pot roast or anything with low fat content)
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 8 oz tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves (I usually throw in 3-4)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp ground marjoram (sp?)
3/4 or a 12 oz beer (i like the way darker beer tasts in this)
salt to taste

Throw all the ingradients in a crock pot and cook all day on low. The meat should shred and be delicious. I pair this with Mexican rice and tortillas. One of our families favorites!
